My Dearest friend Mel, who would have believed after a chance meeting on a trip to Sri Lanka in 2009 for a wedding, that we would remain firm friends. I feel honoured and privileged to have had you as a friend for all these years. I will miss the banter and competition we had between us, who could see the latest film, show, exhibition first, 99% of the time you won. It was a standing joke, when could you fit me into your busy schedule for a lunch date or catch up phone call.,(especially since you retired).
